What is something that you have been praying about for a breakthrough? For me, it has been healing from hyperemesis gravidarum during my second pregnancy. In the beginning, I was hooked up to IVs for weeks on end hoping this pregnancy would last. The Body of Christ, the Church, stepped in and prayed with me when I was too sick and depressed. I will never forget the way that my brothers and sisters in Christ surrounded us in prayer and support.
Miraculously, I was able to get my iv removed and have been without it since! God moved and healed through prayer. I still have days where I am very sick and nauseated, but thankfully the worst has passed and we have a healthy baby boy growing at 25 weeks.
While it is amazing that God healed me physically, what is even more amazing in my opinion is that He has used the pain that I went through to grow my faith and trust in Him and the church – a breakthrough indeed!
I share this testimony as an encouragement to keep enduring and persisting. What is something that you desperately want to see breakthrough in? A strained relationship? Ministry endeavor? Family restoration? Personal growth in your own relationship with Jesus? Whatever it is, keep seeking Jesus and ask for His will to be done- His will is perfect and will bring breakthrough.
